All condition efficient cooling system is a kind of energy saving system, which can gurantee the optimized system COP, because our system can fully use all the fillers' area even during partial load. ACEC's intelligence control sysytem can measure the cooling water temperature and pressure, control chiller and system's operation condition to realize the target of high-efficiency samrt operation of the system.
When the load of chiller is between 25%~80%, the cooling performance of cooling tower enhance 13%~157%, the average system cop enhance over 10%~35%. PS: the frequency conversion range of pump is enlarged as the cooling water can distribute evenly.
Every 1 ℃ below the cooling water temperature, cold machine COP is increased by 3%
Cooling water since balanced distribution, increase the cooling pump variable frequency space.
